Bike Photo Shoot - Nottingham Area

I've been lurking here for about a year, but don't tend to post much.

Some friends of mine run a photography business near Mansfield, Notts and have recently moved premises to a studio which has ground floor access, as a result they are expanding into bike photography.

I promised I would let them borrow my bike for promotional purposes (of course I get a free photoshoot in the bargain)

Now I'm not going to reel on about how great they are or anything like that, you can judge for yourselves, they do however offer the facility to give your pride and joy a final wash and polish before the photo shoot if you wish (I'd travelled 80miles in the rain, so first thing I did after making a cup of tea was throw some soapy water over my Tweety)

They can arrange for models too if you wish

for latest news on the new studio opening take a look at their blogspot

Right enough advertising, I'm really proud of the photos they have taken of my V reg rather tatty SV, Tweety looks like he's just stepped out of the showroom, as for the ladies, they did a beautiful job of adorning my bike.

Now I need to get that SV400 I crashed rebuilt and arrange another photoshoot :D

they want my SV in they do, in full winter mode. Topbox, handlebar muffs, covered in ACF50 and me on it in textiles

nothing more sexier

As for the photo of the SV, i think it would be better in landscape and looking up at the bike form the floor, makes 'em look meaner, raar

The first picture is one the assistant tog sent me as soon a he uploaded his, I don't have access to the pictures the main photographer took as she will be cleaning up things like footprints before they are published.

The two lovely ladies are friends of the photographers who offered their modelling services for the promotional shoot in exchange for some photos for their portfolios, they are known as Halo and Toxicity Twitch and can be found on Myspace, lovely girls, but not my type ;) so I'll be going for the pics of my bike on his own.

Rainbow are planning to charge £50 for a 1 hour shoot with a free 10x8 print included.

A £5 discount will be offered to members who mention SV650.org website.

Photos will be available to view in an online proof gallery so that you can choose which one you want as a print and can order additional prints or canvases if you wish.

The models will cost extra if you want them, but Rainbow will charge you what it costs them to bring the models in.
