a bit of info and help if can

just not long past my bike test and just got my self a 2002 sv650s all is fine with it exp from the rear brake light not working have had a look and found that the bottom end of the spring has come off that ok to fix

was looking over the bike and have fond that the oil has molecule in the engine is that the cyclender head gasket gone ? or somthing els and is it a easy job ?

and when it was running ideal there is a bit of popping coming from the exhaust

Just replace the brake switch or reattach the spring.

Water in the oil? Has it been sitting around unused for a while. Check the radiator fluid level, is that near the level mark? Change the oil and filter first, doing a head gasket is a big job, and not one of the SV's usual problems. Mayonaise in the oil is usual if its been sat for a while, it'll go after a ride or two.

Popping when running is kinda normal, probably a gap in the exhaust if its had an aftermarket can fitted

Don't worry about the gap between the can and the pipe, it won't do any harm

Fix it with this

As Mavizcap said. Only other suggestion on the popping is a vacuum leak on the carb boots. Worth getting the airbox off, check the rubber on the boots on the inlets and if they are not perished just make sure they are mated well and the jubilee clip is fine.
