K5 Track/Road Bike Many upgrades
 

I am thinking about selling my K5 SV 650. I was hoping to do dozens of track days last year but it just never happened. I ended up doing 5 and I'm getting more into my enduro riding so can't really justify keeping it.

I bought the bike just over a year ago from a fellow forum member who had owned it since new. The previous owner was an engineer and spent a lot of time and money making this probably one of the best handling SVs out there.

It has the following upgrades
K7 GSXR 750 front end with K-tech internals and sexy carbon front fender
Sachs rear shock from an RSV
Braces Swing arm
SV1000 front brakes
Adjustable rearsets (chinese Gilles copies)
Brembo rear brake
Renthal 520 chain conversion with 14/44 sprockets for better acceleration
Custom top yoke
Fuel end can (added by me 10 months ago)

The plan was to keep it road legal and ride it on the road and do track days but with 2 other road bikes I decided to stip the road gear off and add track fairing. At the moment it's only test fitted, it needs some brackets making up to get it to hold properly.

Included are 2 full sets of track fairing (one slightly damaged)
Complete road fairing (this is black and been sprayed with a rattle can which isn't the best job so would need re-painting.

Loads of other bits and bobs thrown in, I'll also chuck in all the spares I have left over from my old crashed SV.

Engine wise the bike runs perfectly, it's had a new battery in the last year and starts on the button every time.

Mileage is 30k.

Currently SORN

I'm looking for £2000 for everything which I know is a lot but it's a lot of bling and I could make this by selling the parts separately. I'm in no rush to sell but open to offers. Also open to swaps or PX.

It needs a bit of tidying, maybe a day's work by someone who knows what they are doing. A little bit of time and effort and this will be a great track or road bike.

Can deliver for cost of fuel and a pint.

oooo if this was a road bike with the blue fairings and gold wheels i'd be very tempted! Hahaha

Says its in the for sale thread my end? So the black fairings will put it back to a road bike but is there a black tank just out of interest?

No black tank I'm afraid, there is a second blue one though, but it's dented.

Damn ok no worries, i was hoping i could put it back on the road in all black but that means getting a black tank [emoji848]
