Re: AR11. When and where DETAILS.

£5 per person, per night camping.

No need to pay in advance, we have a group booking under the SV650.org and the site is happy for us to collect money from you on arrival, to avoid paying their 'tent fee'.

Orose has personally secured a field on the site for us to enjoy for sole use.

Saturday night BBQ

£5 per person, to include, meaty stuff, veggie option, and a variety of things to nibble on(as requested by several) :)
Please, please use the poll if you expect feeding, I am personally fronting the bill until everyone arrives, and I sincerely DON'T want to be short of food for everyone.

Sat/Sun Breakfast roll

we are currently negotiating with the campsite, to provide us with a small bite before we leave on the rideout Saturday, and to mop up the ale Sunday. Details of cost to follow shortly.

ANY questions, please feel free to PM.

Re: AR11. When and where DETAILS.

We can now confirm, the charge for butties n brews on Saturday and Sunday morning will be £3.50 per morning. There will be time slot of 8.30am-9.30am in which it will be available. This coincides nicely with the start of the rideout on the Saturday morning.

If you wish to take opportunity to be fed on either morning, please add you name to the poll, so we can pass on numbers to the site owner.

There will be a cut off point for names, as they need to go for supplies prior to our arrival on the weekend.

Again add your name to the poll list if you want to be fed by Soulkiss and Devils Biccy on the Saturday night BBQ.

We will collect all monies for everything you need to pay for on your arrival to the site. So a bargainous £22 per person, for the entire weekend, if you are camping and to be fed with everything on offer.

Once Paul6th has set up his web page for tshirts, he will deal with those purchases directly, and they will be delivered to the site, to be collected on arrival.
As they are still in the design process, cost for tshirts is still unknown at this stage.

finally, if you haven't added your name to the attendance list, you can do so here :)

Re: AR11. When and where DETAILS.

Ok.....so we have a few days left to go, and we can't contain our excitement:cheers:

Here are some final details.

The Dalesbridge centre is located on the A65 at Austwick. No need to take the turning into the village, its got a big sign on the main road itself
Bunkhouse people, don't forget to bring your own bedding.

YES those camping...you can have camping stoves! BUT NO FIRES

Those who are going early, please pop in the office and book in for Thursday night, explain that you are with the SV650org group, so they can waiver the tent charge. John the owner has confirmed this today.
I think, we are still to take your money for the rest of the weekend ourselves, or things might get a tad confusing:confused:.

Those who are staying extra camping...again pop in to the office once you have pitched up and paid us. That way you can pay your extra night to them. Hopefully avoiding confusion
Those in the bunkhouses....the same thing.

Upon arrival on Friday, don't go to the campsite office, you'll be guided in to our designated field, upon entering please please sign in before pitching your tent

To help with the campsite providing us butties in the mornings, on arrival, those who have requested them, will have their pennies taken by Mr Turpin(a designated AR official), to be replaced by a ticket.
The campsite is a very busy one, so John the owner has asked if we can do this, to simplify matters....don't lose em! Ticket exhanged for buttie and brew....simple:cool:

Butties will be supplied between 8.30am and 9.30am, Saturday and Sunday.
If you haven't put your name on the POLL, for these, and still wish to have them, I'm sure we can accomodate late requests, as long as you pay Mr Turpin on the gate;)

BBQ......again, as this is a large campsite, to avoid gatecrashers to our party, we will be issuing tickets on your arrival, once you've paid. Hand them back to SK or Devils Biccy on Saturday at the BBQ, that way we know who is with us....and who is trying to get freebies!

The campsite bar is open from 7pm-11pm. People asked what sort of ale...its all from local breweries, so should be good, not sure about lager. Please no tinnies of your own in there.

This may seem a bit 'over managed' but we are trying to do our best to make your AR weekend super dooper as possible:p
You can understand the org is a big place now, with so many new faces, and such a large gathering this weekend, it may not be possible to remember everyones names/faces, so this was the easiest solution.
