AR11 - WHEN do you want it?
 

The venue is chosen! Now to decide the date.

I'm putting up a choice of 10, yes 10 possible week ends so that you have as much leeway as possible.

I know there are pros and cons to every date but we cannot please all the people all the time.

You can however, vote for more than one date, if several are good for you.

if any dates tie at the end of the poll, we'll have a vote off

Done. In a nut shell, if any of the dates I haven't selected wins, I won't be there. So now is your chance. If you don't want me there, make sure you vote for the dates I haven't. ;)

I might be confused here (or missed something) , but the dates are Thursday to Saturday, are we not running Friday to Sunday, as in previous years?

My mistake... I'll be there on Thursday, but noone else has to be.
