Paddock Stands

Why is it that most of them look the same but theyre all different prices? Ive seen those at the NEC going for £15 but at the same time there are loads on the net for over £30. Im desparately in need of one as oiling the chain is such a nuisance without one. Wheres the best place to get one from (Cost vs Quality) im also thinking of getting the bobbins so that i can whack it up on the stand when in the garage.

you can get a micron one for £30 with cups not bobbind

Adaptors and bobbins will run you an extra £18 ish

ebay sells stacks of them - and the bobbins too.

from experience with the bobbins by the time you've paid postage you can probably get them from your local dealer cheaper.

my experience says different. You have to look around, of course - i'm not suggesting every stand & bobbin set on ebay is a bargain...
