Dunlop Tyre Width:

Looking at a Dunlop D208 160/60 on SV and thought it looked wider than equivalent sized Battlax so measured them and Dunlop was 220mm across tread where as Battlax was only 200mm a D207 was 220mm as well? Are Dunlops generally wider?
