recommend a good mechanic in or around east london?

I need to get the 32K service done and rather than go all the way to slough I wonder if anyone can recommend a good mechanic in east london. I seem to remember Jelster knew a bloke around here but I can't remember who it was..
My poor overworked and undercleaned bike will thank you forever if you can help me out!!"

But one is approx 15 miles, the other about 30... He's in East London.
