Fuel Exhaust System

I have a Fuel exhaust (muffler and header pipe) for a SV650S (I’d think it would fit the naked bike as well) for sale.

The muffler came with my bike, and looked like this fitted:

It was rather too noisy for my (and my neighbours’) liking, so I’ve swapped back to the OEM (which suits me rather better). When I took the system off the bike I renovated it with new wadding and gave it a good clean up. Here are a few photos of the muffler being worked on, before:

During:

... and after, this is what it looks like now:

I was going to keep the system as a spare, but I’m entirely happy with the OEM part, so I don’t think there is much possibility of me re-fitting it to my K6, hence it would be sensible to sell it.

I’ve just had a look on eBay, and see second hand Fuel mufflers sell for about £80 (without a header pipe), so I’m happy to offer it here for £50 (collected from NN18.) including the header.

I’ll leave this posted until the end of June, if no forum members want it by then I’ll advertise it on eBay.

Alan

£50 for an end can.... I'd have thought you'd get the entire bike for that.
