Street name game:
Total rip off from the DRZ forum but you guys are all about the pics so I recon we've got a much better chance of completing this list in record time.
Aim of the game, get a pic of your bike near one of these place/road name signs and post it up here. Each time a pic is added I'll edit the post to cross off that name and award you with your name next to it along with a copy of the pic (provided the forum will allow a post to get that big). I found a good one in Doncaster, can't remember what it was took a pic though - will look through my phone, think everyone in the area is pretty aware of it as it's a fairly main road/off one

U-Turned as soon as I got to the A350 to make it to Kington St. Michael and Honey Knob Hill. Carried on from Honey Knob Hill to head home but took a wrong turn and found myself on a fantastic road into a lovely little village called Grittleton. Realised I'd gone wrong when I reached Castle Combe so turned round and headed back through Grittleton and that fast, sweeping, open, quiet road. From there it was Hullavington, Malmesbury, Brinkworth and home. So where next... |

sorry Kenzie, too easy to not do lol. Pork lane is in Kirby cross if you fancy a ride to Walton on the Naze, or get the other end of it from Holland on Sea to Walton ;)
The c**k in Lavenham is on a good road (except actually Lavenham itself), although I wont be out that way. Turkey Co*k lane is another, although not on the list, that's in Copford, Colchester. |

Polished engine casing was the best decision made on that bike too, very low maintenance, and highly satisfying when you want to give it a re-polish. Always thank it's biological Dad for that one. |

Wayhay, I've finally updated the OP to include the honors for those who have submitted pics :)
If a MOD for this section would kindly resize the images in the OP so they're all the same sort of size as squirel hunters that would be fantastic. Anyone submitting pics from here on in, if you could try to get your pics the same sort of size that would be awesome, just a simple adjustment in MSPaint will be fine. |

To the inhabitants of Norwich. Good luck in getting Hooker Lane. I found it this morning but was being watched by some of the most unfreindly looking locals I've come across in ages. Plus, to stop the kids nicking the street name signs they are all attached to the houses at the ends of the road at first floor level. So a combination of the locals and not wanting to be seen taking a photo of someone's house (right next to a bedroom window) at 9:30 on a Sunday morning meant I simply rode on...
Will hopefully find another one on the way home tomorrow. Is nobody else playing this game?? |

Yes, I'm trying to. I looked up **** and bell lane in Long Melford and the sign is 1st floor height as well as being very narrow. Might try elsewhere.
