It's a good top end lubricant, but you over did it, just a bit :-)

I can say nothing as I've done it the other way round with a deisel car on a couple of occasions.

Not my proudest motorcycling moment to be honest, glad the Svs are so easy to pull apart. Had the tank off and drained in half an hour.

At least you noticed before getting going, as the GM lot can confirm, I did that mid ride on the Daytona, expensive mistake that

Ooooppps! Plenty have done it, easy enough to drain the tank and refill and you didn't start up and pull diesel through the carbs. :D

I drained it as best i could but a small amount of diesel had got through, it was cough spluttering and smoking for a bout 2 mile, seems to have sorted its self out now after a 30 mile blast to clear it.

Oops .... luckily no harm done, it won't cause any problems now it's flushed through. On the brightside, it will help stop your tank rusting on the inside :D

D'oh bet you dont do that again, more of a worry for me was those trainer shaped bike boots you're wearing ;)
