Squirty engine cleaner and polish,3hrs in the garage=all nice and pretty:D

BUT-----I can smell petrol:confused: take all the plastics off to find that one of the fuel connectors has gone brittle and developed a fracture.Thanks Bridge ST M/C's for having one in stock.Bloody thing snaps with the thread still in the connection=much faffin about getting it out without damaging the threads. New one fitted all ticketyboo

Not quite sure why you missed it Col' but it was raining all day yesterday mate....i know i got drenched in it twice. however today is altogether different the sun is shining, the air is fresh and the planet is moving in a very sexy rythmic fashion :D

been - denotes something that has happened in the past e.g yesterday.

" have a great sunny day folks :sunny:" - This section applies to today, the :sunny: symbol is also a great clue as to my prediction for todays weather.

Been also denotes something that happened earlier the same day, as your post was today @ 08.58 i assumed you meant it had been raining today, also as you wrote "this song might shed a ray of light on the day" it also suggested to me that the day had up until then not been sunny.

Personally i would have written "as it was raining here most of the day yesterday i thought this song might shed a ray of light on today" or something along that line.
