Twas in the car as we would have needed a support vehicle for Amandas luggage & make up etc.
It was only a quick visit, last minute decision type of thing, stayed in the Tyndrum Lodge Hotel, went to Inverary, Oban, Fort William, Skye, Loch Ness & a few other places in between + did some touristy bits, commando monument, Glenfinnan monument, Glenco Pass, Glen Ativ to the Loch (talk about remote houses).
Didn't bring any square sausage back as we forgot to ask her mum to borrow the cool box, maybe next time, we did have it every morning for brekkie though, along with, eggs, bacon, black pudding, tattie scones, beans, mushrooms, fried bread, toast & cerials.
I was allowed to buy three bottles of single malt though as they were on offer in The Green Wellie Stop.

Two days of sun & two of sun/drizzle, she deffinately enjoyed it even though she didn't manage to see Bens tip, i offered to show her mine but alas the offer was declined. :D

I thought of you the other day Pete, Jan Ackerman was being interviewed on local radio - he was really funny - great sense of humour. They played his solo track of Hocus Pocus with him playing the yodelling on his guitar - it was amazing!!! :cool:
