Out of control Smart Car.....

You would think that when it is ****ing it down with rain people would drive more carefully..

So as I was driving home along the A3 towards Guildford, doing around 65mph in the middle lane on approaching the A247 junction I notice a Smart Roadster (the sporty smart..) coming onto the entry slip road. I also realise he is going a bit fast - shouldn't be a problem cars do have breaks. But of course these are optional to use. At the end of the slip road he almost loses it into the grass verge but manages to brilliantly overcompensate with his steering causing him to spin out into lane 1. Not to be perturbed by the fact that he is now facing the wrong way on the A3, he gives it some gas and gets the back end out, but is now facing towards the hard shoulder across both lane 1 and 2.

In the meantime I am slowing down - can't escape into lane 3 due to prescence of lots of cars - checking the car behind is also slowing and moving into the right hand side of my lane.

Mr Smart now boots it some more and manages to get his car solely in lane 1 and pointing in the right direction, as I go past.

Luckily Mr Smart picked a lucky time to spin as most cars were in the outside lane. and there was enough of a gap for me and the cars in lane 1 and 2 to slow down.. Obviously I was only slightly ****ed by his attempts to take me out.... and these were not passified when he waved as he went past me a mile further down the road...

At bare minimum, driving without due care and attention. Losing control usually being a strong sign that this is the case.
Not very likely to get it to stick, though.

There are probably about 40-50 Smart Roadsters where I work.

Just wondering if I would be able to "name and shame"

I'd say finding out where he lives and letting his tyres down would be a good start
