If I remember correctly you're from roughly my neck of the woods, so sat nav may not be necessary. See here

Yep, we're on the way for your intended route to the AR, so it could be a plan, although the EAR has a similar plan to yours. KJ is leaving her area lunchtime ish, so I was going to meet up with her, Jeff and maybe SvRich. I'll be leaving Ipswich with my mate Paul.

Times haven't been arranged yet

The original plan was to ride over on non motorway roads, for a leisurely ride over there on the Friday, which is why I'm using the Sat Nav

Ah that's cool! I think KJ's route may be going more in a straight line across the country - which is actually very sensible! Mine intends to meet up with others at The Ace in North london.
