Rack for an SV650 K9
 

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone here is going to be able to help. This should be such a simple task but us turning into a freekin' nightmare!

I need to get a Givi Rack for my sv (as per title)

I was looking at this one

When I called to see if it would fit, they told me to call a Suzuki Dealer and confirm. Did that and they couldn't/Didn't answer the quesiton.

So anyone know if that will fit my K9 09?

It will fit, have the same one on my K9, there were no changes between 08 & 09 models.

Thanks Nutsinatin, I thought that would be the case, but then the supplier and Suzuki couldn't answer it, it did not fill me with confidence.

I had a similar situation when I ordered my SW Motech rack. They only listed it as suitable up to 2008. My bike is registered 2014 but I think the build date is more like 2012. Anyway, the rack fits fine. I assume the discrepancy in information is due to the fact that the SV has been discontinued during differing years in other countries.
