Re: Blyton Park
Its a good track and also good value for money!
Its got a good mix of corners and the SV isn't swamped by "bigger" bikes, you can really have a good dice. Overtaking can be tricky being tight and without the top end, my favourite spot is the "bunga bunga" corner which most seem to take an early apex on so you can get them on the way out. There is some cover in a big barn if the weather turns and a diner on site for food. The best bit is that there is looooaaads of run off for when you get it wrong and even if you go off track there is nice natural soft cushions to catch you, the maize crops!! |
Re: Blyton Park
Cheers for that, from what I've seen on the web I thought it may well suit the sv well :)

Re: Blyton Park
I've been there in a car many times. I've no idea what it's like on a bike, but Port Froid is one the fastest chicanes in the country.
Richard (the guy that owns/runs the track), is a passionate motorsport enthusiast, as well as one of the nicest people that you'll meet at a circuit. It's no where near as commerical as Brands/Oulton/Silverstone, but well run. The only downside is that there are no garages. I can recommend the ice-cream shop in the nearby village, too. |
Re: Blyton Park
Im used to no garages , Cadwell doesnt come with that convenience, hopefully someone may be up for joining me on June 8th otherwise I'll head to the usual suspect Caders
