Some Bosses Have A sense Of Humour!

A friend of ours is a bit prone to having time off work. He's been signed off for a week, and when he went into work he found a note stuck to his bench!

Simons reason for a day off.

pain in stomach

pain in back

pain in leg

pain in other leg

pain in someone elses leg

chain come off, 15 killed, 27 maimed for life

abducted by aliens

went to wales

blankets on bed too heavy, could not get out

thought it was sunday, so had a lie in

thought it was saturday, so had a lie in

thought he was on holiday

dreamt he had got up and went to work, did not realise until he woke up and was still in bed

was told war had broken out so slept under bed, could not see alarm clock from where he was

elephant sitting outside garage, could not get motorbike out

seat wet on motorbike

woke with massive swelling on back, went to doctors, he had left his rucksack on under his shirt

headlight blown so he could not come as it was still dark

zulu uprising in smethwick

dreamt he was unemployed so did not bother getting up

chain came off again, 23 killed, 42 maimed for life

run out of corn flakes and could not come on empty stomach

his mother has had her teeth out and is having a gas fire fitted, so he has to stay in

put pyjamas on back to front, so when he woke up, he thought he was going to bed, not getting up

chain came off again, 54 killed, 102 maimed for life

severed leg when his chain came off the first time but forgot to tell us

taken hostage by taliban, hopes to escape before playschool comes on

Volcano erupted at the end of his road, has put the fire out, but has something in his eye

Tsunami Smethwick High St, water in petrol tank, will be in tomorrow

Watched film 'end of the world' thought it was true and did not bother putting alarm clock on

had wet dream, when he woke up was stuck to bed

went to wales, but with his mate this time

Front wheel shattered on the way home from wales, had to come home on the back wheel
