Insturment Panel Wiring colour codes - SVS - K4
 

Hi All,
I'm new to the forum & would appreciate any help - My bike is in bits until I fix this.

I am trying to connect Gear Tronic GT300 Gear Indicator, but the Haynes Manual has me stumped.

I know which wires of the GT300 unit should connect to which coloured wires of the Insturment panel wiring block connector. BUT, Sadly, the haynes manual, diagram of the instrument panel, doesn't help with wire colours & also the orientation in the diagram leaves me guessing which wire does what.:smt093

Also, I have read in other threads that I might have another problem with this, due to the logic of this unit gathering information from the sensors & the SV only delivers the info when the front wheel is in motion.
Is this the case with a UK spec SV650S K4?

I've been hunting for quite a while for the colour codes - Really appreciate help if you can.
