Abba stand

Mine was delivered today,
first impressions;

Abba delivery reasonably quickly
Whoever does the packaging for abba must be a really old guy who used to work for egyptian pharaohs, must have taken me 15 minutes to get all the tape and packing off! (did the job though)
The stand is an absolute piece of pi$$ to use, and I wish I'd bought one ages ago.

Hi

Not got an ABBA stand , but do have an NWS stand and it's been worth its weight in gold the last few weeks .

From when I was reasearching which one to get I found they both had a couple of pro's and cons .

Abba - pro , with Swingarm kit you can remove it
- con , need a differant fitting kit every time you change bike

Nws - pro , change your bike and you dont need a new fitting kit
- con , can't remove the swing arm using it .

Which ever way you go , they are both handy pieces of kit .

Hopefully Soon

The swingarm removal kit was what made me go for abba, you can also use this on other bikes if you don't have the particular kit

NWS is more stable, mind. But I have an Abba and I love it. And aye, it came encased in about 10 kilos of plastic and cardboard. The lift was even worse/better.

The swingarm removal kit is great. It means we can go with the Suzuki OEM endless chain every time, still the best chain we think.

Had the swingarm off before, it was a right painful operation involving a big bar, 2 jacks, numourous blocks of wood and backache.
Just tried the abba tool, 5 minutes, not a drop of sweat and the bikes up.

Touche! And all of 5 mins getting it put together and on the bike! I would this stand to anyone. If anyone is interested call Abba rather than order online as some discount may be offered if you ASK and mention the forum - I missed out but was offered to call them when getting other stuff!
