Restrictor for 2000 curvy

Hi Guys,

I need to restrict my newly purchased 2000 curvy, does anyone have a set for sale? If so is it hard to fit or am I better off just taking it to a garage?

Cheers

It was some time ago but no-one seemed to buy them, so try PMing this guy and see if hes still got them for sale.

FI kit? You have a curvy not a pointy.

FI = Fuel Injection.

Curvy = carbs.

Other than the FI int. kit there is the suzuki kit.

FI is washers under the carbs, the suzuki kit is carb sliders with a hole in them so they don't raise all the way.

They're both quite easy to fit, FI is easier though.

If you want to do it on the cheap then get some washers with a 13mm i/d, 44mm o/d. Thats about the dimensions of the FI int. kit.

Or you could make a throttle travel restrictor and set it on a dyno to whatever position gives 33bhp (this is how I've got it cos of micron pipes, degutted filter etc.)

You've missed out by about a week, ljharmitt beat you to my suzuki restrictors :p

Whereabouts are you? If you want them fitting then I'll do it if you're anywhere near me.

Im down in London so a bit far, thats a really nice offer though (thats why i like this forum)

Shame I missed out on your set but i will definitely look for some washers that size.

I really appreciate your (and everyone elses) help.

Thanks
