Nervous Twitches

My eyelid has developed a nervous twitch:( It's doing my head in! Because I can feel and see it happening. And if it gets really bad, then my eye starts watering

I feel like punching it to make it go away!](*,)

Sounds like you're a bit run down. Get some early nights. If it's any consolation, my lower lids have been doing it so badly recently, my vision twitches around.

I occasionally get an eyelid twitch if I've been playing video games late into the night. I think that it's tiredness combined with staring at a screen for too long.

yup, had that recently - v freaky, but even more freaky as it happened in my good eye and I couldn't see too well. It persisted for a few weeks but stopped now. Try a hot compress when it has a turn.

A= stop staring at the Org
B- get some sleep
C= don't start punching yourself, then you'll give yourself something to twitch about, and look like a mad person!!!!
:-D

Wibble. :smt082

I get that too occasionally, never lasts too long though. What's even more annoying is when it's on the underside of my arm :-s I think it's meant to be stress-related.
