Just been sitting on new bikes
Just been down at Honda and liking the new CBF1000, really like the riding position (have not riden yet) just fits me really nice.
I was a little disapointed with the trade in price on my SV, only worth ?2,300 - ?2,500 although I have agreed to nothing, just looking and testing the waters. Do SV's go down that much in price?? My bike is Kwak clean, just under 3 years old and with the extras in my sig. |

Got a trade in price on mine last week, 6 months old, low miles, as new £3000, killer :smt097

Re: Just been sitting on new bikes
I think if you need to trade it in, sell the add ons seperately and trade in the bike in it's original state. The dealer price wont change much but you will get a better return for selling the other bits privately.

I think you want a Kwak ZX6R.

I know you have to grip with knees and not lean on the wrist but I just feel to over the top on the SV, I don't know maybe I just need to get some new bars for the SV. |

Maybe try an unfaired SV? |
Re: Just been sitting on new bikes
2300 - 2500 for a K4 SV trade in is a good offer IMO mate. Won't get much more than than that privately.. I've seen K6's going for ?3000!
