revenge of the ice monster
 

so my old faithful fridge has been relegated to the garage on beer duty to be replaced with a fancy integrated unit in her new kitchen.

Somehow in the move between house/garage the thermostat has failed.

I have just been to get a can of pop (ok not just beer in there) and every can has swollen about 10 have popped. 8 bottles of stella have popped their lids and deposited whatever wasn't frozen over the inside of the fridge

It is not my fault. It worked perfectly for 10 years. How would you feel after all that loyal service to be dumped in a garage. I can't blame it. At least I know the refrigeration circuit survived the move. Just ordered a new thermostat.

At least my beer will be cool tonight. unlike her flat stella:p
