Washing Bike Jacket Inner Fleeces

Guys,

Can anyone tell me if I can put the inner fleece from my frank thomas titanium jacket in the wash or even handwash? I cant seem to find the instructions anywhere and although giving it a good airing every now and then and dousing it in fabreeze I really think it could do with a proper (albeit gentle) wash. I've scoured the .org but cant find any threads about washing the 'inner' fleece, I've also checked the frank thomas website but no mention of washing instructions. Can anyone help as my jacket is getting a little funky;)??

if the inner fleece is removable, the washing instructions might be on the label on the outer part of the jacket.

a 'warm' handwash isnt going to damage anything. just use a bit of washing powder in the sink & no more funk :)

Ah...forgot to mention, my inner fleece has sort of quilted arms so not sure if I can get wet?
