I've got a new contract

...was asked if I'd be interested in a new assignment.

So for the next 3 months I'm spending 2 days a week in Liverpool, working on land development agreements for Liverpool City Council. I'm very excited about it!!

Got to find somewhere safe around Dale Street to park the bike. Claire? Pedro?

Ed, I wish I could help you m8 ... try chaining the bike to one of those police mobile camera vans ;-) other than that, I'll have to leave this to one of our more knowledgable scousers who actually works in the city. I have the good sense not to ;-) LOL

There's an NCP car park (in fact I think there's several) not far from (or just off) Dale St. Perhaps one of those places might be best (I'm sure you can claim the parking costs back from your client :P)

What about leasing a steel container matey.

One of my work mates went to the Liverpool match a few weeks ago and youngsters were asking for protection money to ensure his car wasn't damage.

He said there were a few cars with smashed windows - They probably wouldn't pay!

That is an extreme!!! match day means Goodison or Anfield which can be classed as socially disadvantaged areas and yes kids do try to make a few bob out of people by saying they`ll mind cars but i`m sure that goes on in other places too.

Where Ed`s gonna be working is city centre Liverpool and in the middle of the business sector. He shouldn`t have any problems but Ed if you really are concerned you can park your bike at my house which is in the suburbs and get the train into the city centre. But i`m confident you`ll be fine

No I'm not changing my mind!! I'm really excited about this job, it's drafting legal agreements to ensure that developers perform, it's what I like doing, and a few arseh0les aren't anywhere in it.
