yes, I had one on my naked K3. There's pics of it here:

The SV1000 rad I had came off a faired bike so it didn't have a filler cap directly on the rad like the one in the auction, it had an extension tube that I cut shorter. It fits directly onto the top mounts with no modification, but you have to move the fan from left to right, and make a new lower bracket to make it all fit. Clearance is tight between tyre and rad on full compression of the forks, hence the modified rad grill on the lower edge.

If I had to do it all again I'd hold out for a 650 rad, they look better and it saves all the faffing around making it fit.
