Rideout: Sat April 12th
 

OK - just posting this so peeps can see date for Plowsie's suggested rideout as mentioned here:

Meeting point is the Vic at Coalville - easy to find (map in thread above). What meeting time? I can get there anytime from about 9am.

Route seems fine to me - diversion for coffee stop at Shell's?

Need to ride my bike a bit more. Apart from work I have been out on it twice in the past year - need to get a life I think.

Guys I now can't make this as I have to go up to Brum with family on the 12th, Nan and Grandad want everyone round for some reason and I have no clue and everyone needs to go. I spoke to gramps and asked him if I could get out of it and he has said he needs to talk to me alone about whatever it is anyway so I have to go :???: Rather confuddled about it all. Was looking forward to seeing whether I had stuck a good route up off improvisations.

I'd 100% still up for it, but is anyone else happy to take over leading the 2nd half of the route that plowsie was going to lead?
I don't mind doing it, but I will make no promises on us not getting lost :p lol

I still plan to go, but will need to be back in Derby for about 11:15 so will only do 1st half. Don't mind leading that bit.
