Builder in SE London?
 

Afternoon All,

We seem to have a damp / mouldy patch on an external wall in Benji's bedroom. This is part of an extension built under the care of the previous owner who, it turns out, was a sod for cutting corners.

This damp patch is near no guttering and the pebble dashing on the outside looks OK from the ground. It is, however, getting worse. So, anyone know a builder that they'd trust to come and look at this and give an honest assessment?

P.S, last week we cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to replace a shot transformer for the lights. Anyone got a bit of plasterboard about 15cmx40cm in the 12.5mm thick stuff to patch the hole? Turns out you can only buy it in massive sheets :rolleyes:
