TL1000s top yoke
Anyone know if the tl1000s top yoke is the same as a GSXR SRAD750 top yoke?????

Re: TL1000s top yoke
i think it is bar that the 98' TL yokes have a hole in the top to fit the damper that TLs had.
Not 100% firm on that though, the bottom yoke is deffo diffrent though. |
Re: TL1000s top yoke
I've got some SRAD 750 forks, and bottom yoke but need a top yoke. There is 1 on ebay from a 1996 tl1000s for a not bad price

Re: TL1000s top yoke
Not sure, but I have a TL1000S top and bottom yoke on my 750 and it was a perfect fit just like the SRAD ones are!

Re: TL1000s top yoke
Cheers for that Dave. I've definitely got an SRAD bottom yoke

Re: TL1000s top yoke
Not sure, but i think they are the same (TL's had to be drilled to mount a steering damper) but don't go by my word! The lock stops and fork diameters are identical, the spacing between fork legs too as both bikes use the same spindle, wheel, diss, and calipers. However I think the only thing that could make them a non match (thats if they are) would be the steering stem location and whether the two would line up.

Re: TL1000s top yoke
So would i be ok using TL top and bottom yokes for SRAD 750 forks? Will the lock stops still work etc?
