It's all about technique, the pattern is the same all the time following subsequent attempts.

Got 12 seconds after a bit! :) Not sorted spring yet Ben, not sure whether to have the whole shock sorted (re-valve etc) or just swap the spring. Open to advice.....

Once you get past around 20 seconds, it starts to 'pulse' the speed a bit.
