Buying a new can - Yoshi

Hey,

I'm looking at getting an aftermarket can, was looking at fuels.
But then I saw these on ebay, I love the look of the yoshimura cans, and the sound. at this price I'm tempted.

As I would be importing it from america, anyone know if I'll have issues fitting it to a uk bike? I'd imagine they'd be the same.
I'v also gotta check with him what taxes (if any) I'll be charged.

Cheers,

Nope, as long as it is the same model of SV (Curvy or Pointy) it will fit with no problems. You may get away with the tax, I have bought a few things from the states and only got charged tax once.

cheers,

just read the customs website on how & what to pay, looks like a minefield of different laws and categories! although there is one place in canada that guarantees you wont have to pay any taxes! - Kahuna cycles

If the seller states on it it is a gift then it is tax free, however the invoice will be attached/included and if inspected wouldn't do you any favours!
