SV650 k5 in red... 2005 - 2008
 

id like to present you some bad news... my bike was declared a write off today.. after initial estimates came in of ?5624..
this was my first major bike and i can honestly say i am wounded.. that bike helped me through some really tough times.. and showed so much about myself and the world.. i owe all of my fun in the last two years to my SV.. it has been the port in the storm.. and when the phit hit the shan.. i never cared because it was always there for me.. headlights looking so mean as i dusted off countless chavs.. i never thought i would ever get rid of it, im probably more gutted by this than splitting up with my ex.. because the bike never let me down.. was always up for a blast.. and was a true friend in that respect.. and for so long it was my goal to ride that Red SV in the dealer window... and it was taken from me by a careless driver who didnt even stop.. ! if i ever see that car again im going to destroy it... and seriously question the stupid bitc driving it !!

Really sorry to hear that mate. There's not enough red'ns about.

On a slightly different note, what bits were damaged. If you have the cowl for sale I am interested.

funny enough i do mate.. its brand new however.. there is a slight issue which will alter the price.. in your favour.. its just red.. not candy red.. as you can see you cant really tell but its better to be honest with you

Dude that really sucks, sorry to hear it however if you bought the bike back, could you make into a track bike?

Matey......so gutted.....the cage driver deserves to rot in hell :D for their carelessness and for destroying what is the nicest red pointy I have seen.

Did you tell the police etc of the car?

Hope you get a new bike of your dreams that will make you look back on these times and go "Bah". :D
