if it were me and i already had a can i'd DIY it...

best thing would probably be a bandsaw if you can find one to borrow, if not i'd get a big hacksaw, angle grinder is a bit too random for me:mrgreen:

Both I've done were with hacksaw and NEW, metal cutting blades. Not general purpose blades, they're too coarse.

Angle grinder a proper no-no.

I used an angle grinder with a new metal cutting disc to stubby my titanium Akrapovic, it was a doddle as long as you have a marked line to work to.

I looked at my Fuel Race Can today & thought about it, then thought no, leave it alone :)

I recently stubbied a Fuel and have to say that I made a brilliant job of it. A bit big headed but I am very pleased with the end result. I would say do it yourself and just take your time. Remember measure twice, cut once.

Sorry Hovis, just slightly off topic, but how much noisier is it chopped? Mine is loud enough already, so dont want to draw more attention to myself.

Hovis, the Microns are a fugging ar$e to take apart mate! If doing with a saw you have to go through about 5 million types of material!
