SV Refurb spares needed

Okay refurbing my curvy and am after some parts that are listed below if anyone has them for sale at a resonable price or know where i can get hold of them please let me know, thanks!

lower fairing both sides ( does not matter on colour)
belly pan (does not matter on colour)
CT12A-BS battery semi used as long as it works!!
fuel cap
screen - either black or iridium
