Mind you I love exotic pets, I used to have a Tarantula and looked after my friends Scorpion for a while.

I was hit by a bat once when out on my Mountain Bike in Bath, It got caught in my jersey and then flew away. I screamed like a right girly... I was so ashamed :smt053

and she disturbed it! How nasty is that!! Such a cute wee thing...some grrls get all the luck. I've never SEEN a bat in real life.

I lived in a house that was infested with them, they're just flying mice :hackedoff: Very cute though when you see them up close but when there's 20 of them doing highspeed laps of your living room it's a bit less entertaining :D

Hmmm, I've also heard that their guano is something to be wary of as well!

I just saw the picture of the girl in question in todays Metro and i can honestly say that i'd like to grow up to be a bat.
