Getting Bike on Sunday!!!!!!!!!!

After the whole week on the phone to the bank trying to get the money from savings into my current account to then make a cash withdrawal tomorrow morning.

It has just been confirmed that i can withdraw a sum of money tomorrow... 'however this is a one off condition as they normal need 48 hours notice'

I'VE BEEN CALLING ALL WEEK TO SORT IT HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED!!!!!!!!

But anyway i'm a happy bunny and this friday is pretty good after a bad week and worrying if i could get my bike.....

only thing to do now is tell my parents tomorrow as they are back from holiday today

Trying to get YOUR money from the bank is always fun, buying my current bike was a royal pain in the bum, so stressful.

Just as stressful as telling your mum you have bought a bike infact lol.....good luck.

and congratulations.

Well done, enjoy the new bike and good luck with the folks.

When I bought my very first bike back in oh er.... 94?ish, I was living at home and Mum went mad. Not allowed to keep it at home, the usual stuff.

Move on to last year and I was back with Mum again and I bought my SV. Mum's first comment...

"Ooh take me for a ride once you pass your test Darling?" :D

Not happy, where did all of my teenage rebellion go? Don't want to be old and sensible.... or giving my Mum rides on my bike.

PS, don't let your Dad have the keys. You know what will happen, he will take it out at all hours of the night and return it scratched, maybe dented and with an empty tank. Dads are like that, you can't trust them and all they use the bike for is impressing their mates down the pub or the secretary at work! :smt036
