not sure how to word this...advise please
 

ok so my trght hand handle bar (throttle / cut out swich block etc)....

when im full throttle and get to the point where the throttle can be twisted no more....the whole lot moves...the throttle grip moves, the block with the cut off switch on moves and i have to physically push the wole lot back to its proper position.....

how can i stop this???...

sorry if my explanation is crap just not sure how to word it....

when you take it off the bar you'll see a hole in the bar-a short plug from the top half of the unit should fit in there to stop it twisting around-to fix get a screw of the correct diam, screw it into the broken top half of the unit, then dremel off the extraleaving enough to fit in the hole and stop it from twisting -should do you.

tighten it up

not sure if its allen key or screwdriver,

but have a look at the big black thing where the switches are and there should be some little holes, which there is screws down

You could try to slot a litle piece of emery cloth around the bar before tightening the clamp.

ther should be 2 but bolts below the switch gear part tighten them up and you should be ok.tho ther will be still movement imsure if you where 2 ring the neck rite out of it but you dont need 2 do that!
