Noisy Chain
 
My chains clicking when I roll it out of the shed, its well oiled but hasnt been tighted in 500 miles, I checked it but the tightest spot is within spec. Any idea why its clicking?

Take your front sprocket cover off and check the front sprocket for wear.

You haven't changed anything maually yourself. However, something must have changed as there's now a noise. You say it's oiled correctly and the tension is correct, so these are the next sugestions, to check more throughly the things that could put a stress on the chain. It may be that it has a tight spot, that for whatever reason either the front or rear sprocket is damaged or worn before you'd expect it to. But these are thigs worth checking.

Id been lubing with engine oil, Last night after I got back from a ride, gave it a spray with some O-ring chain lube. Wheeled it out this afternoon and not a peep from it, nice and quiet.
