Wheel spacers K3?

Can anyone clarify for me if there is supposed to be a spacer on the front wheel for k3+ models??

isnt it built into the spindle on the one side and the other side holds the speedo assembly.

Aye its on the spindle and then the speedo drive for the other side of it.
