Re: How do you ride?

I dont even think about fuel when riding. I have had 78 miles to a tank out of the 600rr which equals a frankly terrible MPG....under 20. It pretty much involved nailing it constantly, the majority on full throttle or as near as. I have also had 130miles to a tank which is nearly 40mpg.

If I was bothered about fuel and struggling to pay for it I would have a bike as a toy, let alone one that can easily get 20mpg.

Depends on if i am on my own, with a group of people i dont know, with a small group of mates i know well and am comfy with riding fast, or with my Daughter as pillion.

For two of them i tend to ride quickly and treat the road as a track. the other two i tend to pootl along at a gentle pace.

What's the point in driving a bike if you are not going to give it some beans occasionally?
