Anyone Used Busters Accessories??

Just wondering if anyone had used http://www.busters-accessories.co.uk/ before? I was on yesterday and placed an order, everything seemed to go through fine but I've still not had an email to confirm and because I didn't register beforehand, I don't seem able to check my order. Don't want to go through it all again and end up buying 2 lots of everything - any ideas??

Cheers
Laura

I've had that - shouldn't be anything to worry about, but give them a call if you really need to know. (I know - it defeats the purpose of online ordering, but hey)

Depends what you have bought - Ive had good and bad experiences with them. Some stuff I ordered was despatched quickly, then other stuff has ended up with me cancelling the order as they dont tell you if they have the bits in stock. They sometimes have to order from a supplier in bulk, which means you could be waiting a while.

Yep you're right simesb it does defeat the purpose of online ordering - so I emailed them instead :D

They've just emailed back saying the order is fine and standard delivery is 7-10 days, oh well I'm not desperate for the stuff :smt026:smt026:smt026

I've used them and they were fine, but like you said you don't want to be in a hurry - mine took 7 days, and I ended up phoning them.

What did you get?

I used them in the past, their advert was incorrectly worded and they subsequently refused to refund my postage charges when I returned the incorrectly advertised item. I'll never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
