Too rich ?
 

hi everyone :cool: can anyone help with this plz... k8 with fi 700 miles; up too 80 degrees bike runs perfectly.. however at aprox 4000 revs when hot especially in traffic just as throttle is applied (not on over run)bike feels n sounds almost if it had a choke and was pulled out.after 3- 4000 revs engine smoothes out nicely. then when throttle is backed off too 4000 you get that feeling choke is applied 'the remander of rev range is perfect just prob at 4000 when hot.is this a sv thing i need 2 get used
2? many thanks :confused: noticed 2day it appears 2 do this more in 1st 2nd 3rd when slightly closing throttle between 3 and 4000 revs only when hot.

Doesn't sound normal. My K4 rides perfectly smoothly whatever the temp.

Take it back to the dealer.

what mods have you got? or is it a standard bike?

it,s totally standard as far as engine n exhaust .dealer says it performs like a sv should :confused:

I'd hazard a guess they are fobbing you off - but having not ridden a K8 I wouldn't know.
