ohlins rear shock

hi,
just recieved an ohlins (for the sv) rear shock for my pointy k5 650 which i am racing.
could anyone give me any settings to get started with as i have a race coming up very shortly.
i do have ohlins standard settings but i am after anyone who could help out with some inside knowledge of racing these.
the front has hyperpro's springs fitted with 20w oil.

thanks steve

For a start any official UK supplier will set the shock up to suit you before they dispatch it.
