Sv1000 Quick action throttle

Lots of posts on here for the R6 mod for the 650 but anyone carried out a simple, successful mod for the thou? Or do I just need to get a more flexible wrist?

don't know, wath diameter is the bar. I know that the R6 unit is very cheap, about a tenner, buy one, try it, if it doesn't fit flog it on here or give it to me.
