Better Half Support
The other day I was testing the battery of my bike when the other half shouts out the window at me telling!!! me that cause I wasn't busy doing anything could I help her inside the house.
I was need deep in wires etc at the time and she could clearly see this. Needless to say I've had the issue with the bike for some time. Anyone else's wife / better half give out this kinda grief or am I under the thumb / no back bone, as I had to stop what I was doing and go inside. |

Nobbylass came out the other day and shouted 'You spend more time on that bloody bike than you do on me!'....to which I replied 'The bike's more fun!' and started to gyrate my hips against it and lick the petrol tank.
She wasn't impressed and the neighbours must think I'm crazy. :( |

Re: Better Half Support
Drew can spend as much time as he wants outside, as that means i can watch what i want on the TV, and he isn't bothering me! ;)
I already know that this weekend he will have his bike to pieces checking everything! and will more than likely be out there for about 5-6 hours. Just as long as i keep the coffee's coming he will be quite happy as will I!!!! :D |

Re: Better Half Support
Okay I knew I was gonnae get grief for this post.
I'm just a modern man I suppose. She isn't a big fan of bikes, I told her one day that I wanted to get into biking and she said yeah go for it, obviously thinking I wouldn't, so went out the next week and passed my DAS and the rest is history. I've been trying to get her on to the bike but no chance she hasn't even sat on her, and I've had it for three years or so. Anything else I could try? |
