It was expected :p

In 'theory' it's possible that it 'could' still go through, as the AGMA Council has still got to decide and has the final say... however they need 7 out of the 10 Councils to say yes for it to go through.
However those Councils that hadn't made a final decision were going to go with the outcome of the referendum, so it's VERY unlikely to happen :p
