That was boomin' cold.

All I can say is that it was cold on my journey home, cold and foggy. In fact those where the main problem, the fog stuck to my visor and it was so thick it just wouldn't shift and I kept trying to wipe it off. Then to make it worse it froze on the visor so I had to ride a good 20 miles on the A3 with it up. Wow talk about frozen cheeks.
So after 12 years of riding in all sort of weather that is a first for me, so once again mother nature has surprised me again.
Jax ran me a lovely hot bath when I got back and slowly my feelings came back.

Did you feel like me with me specks all fogged up, it ain't fun when the lights start getting dim cause of foggy visor and specs... I have to ride with my visor slightly ajar....I know the frozen cheek very well :-(

Jax is very nice to you for running a bath. :-)

I know what you mean. Riding in fog is a surreal experience, like riding with constant blurred vision.

More power to you, for riding in these conditions. Not for me though :-)

Brrrr I'm feeling chilly just reading this thread. Wish someone would run me a bath :-( although it does sound like you need it more! I can sympathize with the cold cheek scenario too, I've been on the bike with my visor up a bit just to stop it fogging up, have to breather hot air into my neckscarf to keep my face warm lol.

Yep we have a little green A class, but if you have ever tried to get from Portsmouth to Nodnol in the same day and back still with time to do stuff with any other form of transport then you will know why.

lol if I did that I wouldn't be able to see anything, I have to hold my breath at junctions and traffic lights, so i don't steam up...and my lids got an anti fog visor on it. i come home from work on a clear crisp night, and i swear its like pea soup, until i peep over my specs
