Change of speedo dial from KPH to MPH

I have an SV650 2000 import model. This means my speedo dial is in KPH as is the digital kilometer counter. does anyone know if it is possible to get my speedo dial changed into MPH? If so is it as easy as just changing dials or will the digital counter have to be changed into miles aswell? Will all this involve re-configeration of the speedo needle? Thanks to all for your help with this!

i would just put some stickers at the 30 50 60 and 70 marks

you can get a paper face, to cover yours, but it wont be perfect, and means striping the clocks

I have the same problem but I need from MPH to KPH.
I live in Sweden and have a UK imported SV650.
We could change speedometer with eachother.
Then we have solved the problem very easy and for free (+shipping)

If curvys are done on a spinning cable then you need some thing like this

if not there are some electronic converters out there
