ok ever one knows it happens ..

but there is 2 main places i know well 3 but i only ever go to 2

1st is Santapod Raceway

Extreme Performance Bike Weekend 2009 at Santa Pod Raceway
Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th October 2009

This is the ultimate track day event for bikers and scooterists. Extreme Performance Bike is a weekend of full-throttle thrashing on Europe's most famous dragstrip, with ACU & Straightliners championship rounds, RWYB, live music, bike show, stunt rider, and jet car.

2nd is a bit closer to home for me and that is lakeside shoping centre, also has a lot of cars but there is allways bike's. but it is no way as good as southend and basildon was. but lakeside seems to have taken on driffting atm.

and my 3rd is ace cafe been there once but would lov to go again.

so will anyone be going to sanatpod this year ?? and what about your own racing scene ??

Your better off going up on a RWYB day as its much cheaper and you can go up the strip as many times as you want.

racing scene? dunno about that. I'm really hoping to do a trackday this year though.

I pass the ace cafe every day, nice to be up there on a sunny day but it gets ruddy windy and cold on a less than nice day! good food though.

yer good old english weather lol iv got my bike in bits in the gardon with a cover and i think it myt end up at the bottom of the gardon by the end of the nyt :(

lol! wind is getting up quite bad, I had terrible thoughts that my headrace bearings or tyres or all of those where failing on me. it was just the wind.

I might be at pod this year, the drag racing club i'm with is having a championship round at that meet this year. Look out for the national association of supertwins, thats us!
